**BH COSMETICS CONTOUR AND BLUSH KIT REVIEW**

Hey girls, hope everyone had an amazing month and happy holidays to all.
I recently purchased some goodies from BH Cosmetics! I really like Bh Cosmetics since their powders and eye shadows are highly pigmented and they are at a great price! Usually if you purchase makeup that is about $10-$20 dollars a kit you might think it is cheap, but after trying it out and giving it a shot, you can fall in love with how it looks on you. I believe its all about quality over quantity and the techniques of how you apply your makeup. If you can use any makeup and create a flawless finish to it, then its all about the skills you have. I believe in the technique of the artist. :)

This is my first contour kit from Bh Cosmetics, I also own their highlight kit as well. I really like the pigmentation of the powders. They are soft, and a little goes a long way. It can look cakey if you apply too much since its a pressed powder. They are matte and I am going to say, there are a bit chalky. The powder had a lot of fall out when I swirled my brush in it, so I had to give it a tap. I loved the blush shades, they are not too bright which I like. There is a white shade in that palette which is meant to set concealer and highlight areas. In flash photography you should be careful for applying too much of a white powder. Make sure to apply the yellow golden shade or the peach shade under the eye area if you are going to be in any photographs. I like all the colors, the white one is very bright and can make you look like a ghost if you apply too much. So be light handed when you are using this kit.   There are two blushes in the kit, as you can see the picture they are on the bottom. I really like the colors of the blushes, they are totally my colors. I like the muted rose and the deep tan blush too.
Just make sure not to go too close to your eyes, since it can irritate your eyes and cause itchiness.

If you are into a contour and blush kits, then this one is a must! Its perfect to also practice makeup and use it for special events. Compared to the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit, this one's packaging is better, and the texture is also softer.
I do like ABH though too since the powders are easy to blend and has no fall out like this one, but like I said, for an affordable contour kit, this is perfect!

I purchased this as BHcosmetics.com
Price: $12

Application: 8/10
Product: 9/10
Texture: 8/10
Pigmentation: 10/10

**M.A.C Cosmetics Limited Edition Extra Dimension Skinfinish "Oh Darling" Review**

MAC's new limited edition highlighter is a very beautiful metallic gold color that has a yellow golden undertone. It has a gorgeous MAC insignia imprint, and the design looks pretty cool in my opinion.
When you dip your brush on the highligher and swirl it, you can see some reflective glitter.

  • It has a metallic gold sheen to it with a great color payoff. It does not emphasize your pores, because the texture is soft and blendable.
  • It is not powdery on the skin either. Which I really like.
  • This highligher is pretty dramatic, it is not a subtle highlight. It looks gorgeous on yellow undertone people expecially who are more on the tan side, since it is a golden yellow shade.
  • The dupe for this highlighter is ABH So Hollywood, since it is pretty much exactly the same color, but on the cooler side. This one is more warm and golden. If you love a metallic glow and want to your highlight to pop like no other, then this was a great choice. Unfortunarly it was limited edition but like I mentioned, Anastasia Beverly Hills So Hollywood is similar.
  • Another one I thought was kind of similar was Laura Geller Guilded Honey, it is light though, but it has a soft metallic golden glow. I honestly think MAC did a great job on creating such a beautiful highligher for people who love that golden glow! It lasted about 8 hours on my skin.
  • The packaging was not that great for a $35.00 product since it felt like a cheap plastic but it wasn't that  bad either.
  • I believe the price was too much for just a highligher but since this color is hard to find, and the metallic sheen is so pigmented, and its also limited edition, its worth it.
  • By the way, it is very pigmented!!! So, a little bit goes a long way.

Goldnineink Henna Tattoo Sheets Inspired by DressYourFace Review

Hey guys, I recently purchased the henna tattoos by Goldnineink.com that are inspired by DressYourFace (popular Indian makeup artist on Instagram). I wanted to share my thought on these henna tattoos.

On the right I applied some of the designs that were included in the sheets. The designs are very indian bridal inspired and they are very gorgeous. They are not sticky nor are they cheap looking like other temporary tattoos. These last you about 2 days. You can dip your hands in water but you shouldn't scrub or wash them harshly since that will remove the tattoo. The tattoos come in white, gold and black. I chose the gold and black ones.

These are very pretty looking and look amazing in photographs, but there was a downfall. I thought they would last me a good week but that was a dissapointment, it only lasted 2 days. and when I wore bangles they tattoos rubbed off. I do like these but snce these do not last a week, and only 2 days I do not think I will repurchase them any time soon.

PROS: Beautiful looking, people will ask you where they are from, they look amazing in photos, and you will be noticed. Have many tattoos included in the sheet.
CONS: Do not last long and rub off quick.

I hope my review helped you!
Stay tuned for more!

XOXO,
Naz

NARS all day luminous weightless foundation review & November 2015 HAUL!

Hey guys! I am back! Life has been super busy! But I love blogging and I can never stop doing that lol! I have purchased many products during the last few months and also recently so I wanted to include everything I purchased in this blog.

So product number one is NARS all day lumionous weightless foundation (long, I know) and I am so glad I purchased this. My shade is Barcelona, even though I thought it was Stromboli and loved it on my skin! I am actually both of those shade mixed together, but since I did not want to buy two, I went for Barcelona, and it is a golden medium shade with yellow undertone. Stromboli is also a medium shade with a yellow undertone but it is a lighter medium.
Anyways! I really love this foundation because it gives you a very beautiful flawless matte-dewy finish. It is not completely matte it has some dewiness to it. One thing I really like about this foundation is that it is not too dewy, I am not a huge fan of dewy foundations. But this one is just perfect.
It will look beautiful and natural on your skin but at the same time it will look like you are wearing makeup since it is an "all day luminous" foundation. It has a velvet texture that will just create a beautiful dewy matte finish on your face. It is medium to full coverage, and a little goes a lont way!
I like the fact that it is long wearing and the formula of the product is very light but it will STAY on your skin!
Honestly I did not find any dupe yet for this foundation, but if you do not want to buy this foundation, you can go for the Loreal True Match foundation, which has some similarities but it wont be the same finish since that one is not too long lasting on the skin.
Formula: 10/10
Texture:10/10
Finish: 10/10

I purchased this at Sephora.
Price: $48.00

The second product is the Dream Liquid Mousse Foundation by Maybelline. This foundation claims that it has an airbrush finish, which I believe it does. I am in the shade Sandy beige 60, this shade looks light (in the bottle) but once you blend the foundation in with a beauty blender or stippling brush, it is the perfect match.
This foundation made my skin look like I got my makeup done by a pro makeup artist. It has a very a matte glowy finish to it that meduim to full coverage. Once you apply the foundation, it feels heavy on your skin but after you blend it all out, it will give your skin an airbrushed look! It will conceal your hyperpigmentation, scars and acne marks too (if you have any). This foundation will look beautful on anyone. I have normal skin, sometimes dry in the winter, so I prep my face before applying foundation. You can use a moisturizer or a primer and then apply the foundation, it will seriously make your skin look flawless. Another great thing about this foundation is that it comes with a pump and that is something that I really liked. I also love the texture of this foundation, it is silky. If you want a matte glowy look with a gorgeous airbrush effect, then definatly go purchase this foundation!
You can also find it at any drugstore.
Price: $7.99-$8.99 depending on which store you go.
Formula: 9/10
Texture: 10/10
Finish: 9/10

I purchased a few of the colourpop cosmetic ultra matte lipsticks in the shade Lychee (pink purple), Avenue (maroon red) and Creeper (red). I love those three shades since they are perfect for weddings and other events. The colourpop liquid lipsticks are very very pigmented so a little goes a long way, BUT if you put a little then it dries up quick! So you have to work fast with them. I recommend applying lip liner before so you know where to stop, since liquid lipsticks bleed easy. Made sure to press your lips gently not roughly since these can become so dry and crack. They are $6. I usually apply a little bit of lip balm before applying the liqiud lipstick since it can get too dry. I really do like these since they are affordable and they are very pigmented. But the only con is that they are too dry on the lips.
Pigmentation: 10/10
Texture: 8/10
Finish: 8/10

Oh Darling! Yes I purchased the Oh Darling limited edition highlighter from MAC cosmetics. It was sold out online, so the next day I called MAC and asked if they still had it, the representative said they had like 5 left so I told her to hold it and that I am coming, and I purchased it! I honestly do not like too much highlight, I am a matte person, but I don't think anyone can say "no" once they see how gorgeous this highlighter is! Just looking at it makes me smile LOL. (Seriously). First lets talk abouot the color of this highlighter. Its gold. Nothing else added, no other extra dimentional color or glitter. Just all gold and golden specs of fine glitter. And I am all about that golden glow life. I love gold. I am obsessed with golden eye shadow, golden liners, golden glitter, and gold powders. I just love gold, and I believe, that gold is a color that slays any other color.
Anyways, lets get back to the highlighter, it basically is very pigmented and the finish is not powdery, it is a silky texture. It is a MAC cosmetics's extra dimension skinfinish. The Extra Dimension Skinfinishes are for those who like their highlights reflective and metallic rather than subtle and barely-there. I am going to write a seperate post on this highligher including swatches, dupes and similar highlighers.
Available at MAC cosmetics, it was limited edition, so it is currently out of stock.
Price: $35.00

My all time favorite lashes are now from HOUSE OF LASHES.i purchased the new Smokey muse lashes and they are honestly so natural looking yet they have this smokey effect that will make your eyes look dreamy.
They are fluffy and wispy! The best part is that they resemble mink lashes.
They are 100% natural human hair lashes. House of Lashes sterilizes each lash and makes sure that there is nothing wrong with them. The brand has a reputation online, and thousands of customers love their lashes. I decided to purchase mine, and I am in love! They last you about 5 wears. If you are looking for a smokey lash that is natural looking, made from 100% sterilized human hair, then get the Smokey Muse lashes.
Www.houseoflashes.com Price: $9.00

The reviews were based on my personal experience and opinions. I really loved all these products on me, and if you are interested in purchasing these products I hope my reviews helped you! Thank you for reading. Stay tuned for more! :)

Yves Richer Zero Defaut Foundation review

Hey guys! My mom gifted me some awesome makeup products for my birthday and I am loving them! First off let's start with my favorite gift: Yves Rocher zero Defaut foundation. It's a 14 hour flawless skin foundation that has fusion all texure and botanical mineral pigments. It says on the description that it has botanical ingredients and it does! It has leaf extract and its alcohol and paraben free! Which I love!
Yves Rocher is a French makeup company that sells top quality makeup with affordable prices. The makeup is created by scientists and botanists. This company is all about botanical and vegitarian products. They infuse their foundations, eyeliners, body soaps, perfumes and deodorants with botanical ingredients that are beneficial for the skin. They sell many different products and its just a very awesome company. I like how they are plant based products that have no animal derivatives.

Back to the foundation. It's very much like Yves Saint Laurent touché éclat foundation but it's more pigmented. It has medium to full coverage with a slightly dewy finish. It has a creamy consistency, but not too thick like Mac studio fix fluid. It's lighter than that. It's not matte but like I said not too dewy either. It's a natural looking  foundation that can change depending if you want to mattify by applying a matte primer before and matte powder over your face after , or, make it dewy by spraying some dewy finishing spray.

In my opinion this foundation is perfect for everyday use and also special occasions. It's a perfect natural looking foundation that has a creamy texture and botanical pigments. My color is beige 200 which has a yellow hue to it, and it's for yellow undertone skin. Two pumps is enough to give you a medium coverage, but since my mom ordered this online, she couldn't check my exact foundation color since it was a small picture online. The color beige 200 is exactly my skin tone. You can add bronzer and some contour so it looks really flawless.

The website where you can purchase this foundation is: www

Yvesrocherusa.com

Just make sure to check your shade from the picture. If you have a light ski tone then beige 200 isn't for you, you have to get a shade lighter. If you are medium skin tone with yellow undertone then beige 200 is fine unless you want a shade dark for a tanner look. It all depends on how you want your look to be!

Overall I give this foundation a 5/5
The consistency is 5/5
The coverage is 4/5
Long wearing 5/5

cons:
It can show up as a white cast in pictures since it's not an hd foundation. Make sure to blend blend blend! And add some bronzer to your cheeks.

I hope this review helped!

Thanks for reading!

**Benefits of Argan Oil**

Hey dolls! I have been so busy recently since I just had a baby! So it was a little hectic, but now I am starting to post more reviews and makeup looks! :)

They call it "liquid gold" and to me that's enough to trust it! Argan oil has been known for its extremely rich beneficial nutrients including fatty acids and vitamin E. These properties are very beneficial for hair and skin.

Personally, I use Argan oil as a skin moisturiser. I recently purchased the oil 1 month back, to test it out on my hair and skin. I am in love with it. My skin feels and looks so soft, hydrated, and its glowing. I noticed that my dark spots due to pregnancy are slowly fading away on my neck, and I also apply it on my under eye circles, I gently rub it and make sure that none of it goes inside my eyes. My dark circles are fading away as well in less than a month!

I also use it to prime my face before I apply any heavy coverage foundation, Personally, I really like it as a primer for a dewy satin look. If my foundation is very dewy then I won't use this as a primer. But if  its a heavy coverage matte foundation, I do use this and then apply the foundation. That gives me a satin finish with a nice glow to my face. I just use 2 drops and that is more than enough on my face, since a little of this oil goes a long way.

Argan oil is proven to make hair softer, so if your hair is brittle and dry then it's ideal for your hair. The best way to use it is as a conditioner. It will treat split ends and tame frizzy hair. I do not use it as a conditioner, in fact, I just take 4 drops of it, and gently comb it through my hair, not on my scalp but my hair, so it will give my hair shine. I then comb my hair and it looks gorgeous since it becomes so hydrated and sleek.

One amazing fact is that Argan oil is known to give skin a youthful glow, and it reduces wrinkles that are visible on your face. In less than 1 month I noticed that my under eye dark circles and some lines I have under my lash line are less visible. My skin feels very plump and soft afterwards. Argan oil restores the skin's elasticity, and that is why my skin feels this way.

If you suffer from dry skin conditions then argan oil is a must have! The fatty acids and vitamin E content in this oil are excellent for repairing damaged skin.

My skin is dry to normal, so I love to use it as a moisturizer. It really doesn't matter what type of skin you have, this oil is a miracle for all skin types!

I purchased mine from Sally beauty Supply. If your interested then you should definitely go get it.
Instead of spending hundreds of dollars on repairing your skin, tightening and brightening your skin by the use of chemicals, try a natural way first and see the difference! :)

Hope I helped dolls!

Stay tuned for more. :)

Palladio Natural Rice Loose Finishing Powder Review

Hello everyone, I haven't been posting much lately since I had a baby and I was very busy. But now I am back at home, and I am ready to get back to blogging.
So lets get back to business shall we? lol I was looking for a cheap alternative to M.A.C cosmetics loose powder since I am obsessed with that powder. I wanted to find another powder that is a dupe. I went to Sally Beauty and purchased Palladio Rice Powder. I've read many great reviews on this powder so I thought, hey why not give it a try. And let me tell you, I am glad I purchased it. It is amazing! It is so finely milled and has a very matte texture to it, it absorbs the oils on your face and once you apply foundation and then apply this powder, you will see a huge difference!
Palladio Natural Rice Loose Finishing Powder Natural

The powder sets on your foundation and it creates a flawless matte finish on your face. You wont have a shine on your face and it does not have a white caste on your face either.

It is suitable for all skin types.

I really love this powder but the only thing that is a con is that it smells like perfume was added to it. But besides that I really like it.

The packaging is not that great but for the price its obviously fine.

It comes with a small powder sponge inside, its not that great, I don't use it personally. I use a powder brush to apply it.

The staying power is about 4 hours on your face, with touch ups you'll be fine.

I really like it. If you are looking for an amazing matte loose powder that is herbal and has oil absorbing properties to it then this powder is a must for you!

Over all I give this powder a 4/5. I gave it a 4/5 because of the perfume scent to it.

I purchased my powder at: Sally Beauty Supply

Palladio Natural Rice Loose Finishing Powder is:

  • triple milled
  • oil-absorbing powder
  • ultra-silky finish

Hope you guys enjoyed reading!

**Review of The Balm Cosmetics MaryLou Manizer**

Hey dolls! About a month ago I purchased the most raved about highlighter which is the Mary Lou Manizer from The Balm Cosmetics. When I heard Huda Kattan (Huda Beauty on instagram) talk about it I was considering to buy it and I did! Many makeup artists love this highlighter for its pigmentation, shimmer, formula, and the buttery texture.

The color payoff is gorgeous as you can see from the swatch, it is a soft shimmering champaign color with golden tones.

There is a lot of product in the compact.

I really love how it applies so smooth on my cheeks, I use a small fan brush to apply it and a little goes a long way since its very pigmented.

This is how it looks like on the skin, it will look pretty on all types of skin tones. Its not too heavy or glittery, its a sheer shimmery glow.

The packaging is cute, its a compact that has a mirror inside. I think it looks nice, it has a nice metal material that clamps shut and its easy to open and close.

Where to purchase: Kohls Department stores, The Balm Cosmetics website: www.thebalm.com

Price: $24.00

Is it worth it? If you do not own a highlighter yet, then you should try this one out since its very pigmented and has a sheer glow unlike many other hightlighters out there that can be too glittery or too orange. If you are looking for a champaign golden highlighter that will last you a long time in your vanity, then this one should be in your shopping cart.

Thank you for reading dolls! Stay tuned for more! :)

Cargo Cosmetics Blu Ray HD Pressed Powder and HD Primer Review

Hello loves! I recently purchased 2 new Cargo Cosmetics products a month back from Kohls since Kohls is the store that carries that brand. I checked in Sephora and Sephora doesn't carry Cargo anymore, but I saw Ulta does! Ulta sell Cargo Cosmetics online on their website.
Here is my review about the 2 products I've purchased.

Product 1 is mentioned above I have the HD eyeshadow primer:  It comes in a tube and I really like that idea since it is more sanitary and I don't have to keep dipping my finger inside.
I can just squeeze it and control how much primer will be released.
The texture is creamy, not thick nor too watery. It is not like Urban Decay Primer Potion, that is more sheer and it comes with a wand and the application is very sheer for that primer.
This HD Cargo Primer has a soft texture that is in between thick and watery.
When I apply it it blends well and does not crease.
The formula is long lasting, my eye shadow lasts 10 hours maximum,
The swatches above you can see the difference after blending with primer and without the primer.
Where to purchase: Ulta.com or Kohls department store
Price: $19.00
Is it worth it? If you want a primer that is HD and want your eye shadow to look flawless in photos plus long lasting, then yes! :)

I think I have found the perfect pressed powder! I always use M.A.C mineralized skinfinish natural and I also have their loose sheer powder (which I love). But Cargo Cosmetics really nailed it when they created their pressed powders! It has a beautiful silky feel to it, it has a matte finish that has a slight yellow undertone so it will look really pretty on Indian skin tones, and whoever has yellow undertones. The texture is not cheap and powdery, it is actually a pigmented powder that will last a long time on your skin even without foundation! So if you want to just apply your moisturizer and then apply this powder, your skin will look like you applied a light foundation.
It is HD so your face will look perfect in pictures and video. HD products will give your skin a soft focus. It is also paraben free which is a plus point.
The packaging is great, it has a nice mirror attached and it clamps shut, I think its nice.
Where to purchase: Cargocosmetics.com, Ulta.com and at Kohls department store
Price: $32.00
Is it worth it? I believe it is! If you are looking for everything I mentioned above, then yes!

I hope my review helped you! If you're searching for HD products then Cargo HD primers and powders are better than some other brands in my opinion.

They also have HD foundations, lip primers, CC creams, bronzers, blush, and face primers as well!

Thank you for reading and stay tuned for more my dolls :)

***Benefits of Parsley!***

Parsley is not just a table garnish, but a very nutritious herb that has many healing properties.

Here are some health benefits of Parsley:

Parsley contains Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Folate, Iron, Copper, Potassium,Magnesium, Fiber, Calcium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Zinc, Vitamin B3 and B1.

30 grams of Parsley is only 11 calories

Parsley's volatile oils have been shown to inhibit tumor formation and neutralize types of carcinogens.

Parsley is filled with Anti-oxidants and is an excellent source of vitamin C as well as vitamin A.

Vitamin C is a powerful anti-inflammatory agent, and is needed for the healthy function of the immune system. Vitamin A is very important to a strong immune system, it is known as "anti-infective vitamin."

Parsley is a good source of folic acid, one of the most important B vitamins.

Parsley is good for bowel movements, if you have constipation and you eat a bowl of chopped parsley salad, your digestive tract will be more active and you will not be constipated anymore.

Eating parsley is good for the skin, if you have acne problems eat parsley everyday and you will notice the changes.

Parsley is an excellent source of vitamin K.

The regular use of parsley can help control your blood pressure.

If you have gall bladder or kidney problems stay away from parsley since it contains oxalates. If oxalates become too concentrated in body fluids, they will crystallize and cause health problems. But if you do not have any kidney or gall bladder problems, eating parsley should be no issue.

I love eating parsley, I make tabbouleh salad and enjoy it that way. Its a delicious Mediterranean salad that is so good for your health.
All you need is 1/2 cup cracked wheat (soak it in warm water and drained) chopped parsley, chopped tomato, chopped green onion, chopped bell pepper, chopped mint, 1/2 cup olive oil, some lemon juice, some salt and black pepper for flavoring.

Add all that in a bowl, mix it well and serve over fresh lettuce leaves.

There you have it! Hope you enjoy making this delicious Tabbouleh salad and take advantage of this healthy herb!

GRAY SMOKEY EYE LOOK!

Hey everyone it's been a while since I've posted! I've been very busy with a personal situation.
But I wanted to share a cute smokey gray eye look with you! Please keep reading if you're interested! :)

To get this look you will need: eye shadow base, a Gray  eye shadow, a black creamy eye pencil, a black matte eye shadow, a vanilla eye shadow, a nude eye pencil, liquid eyeliner, and mascara.

First step is to apply base on your lids! That will help keep your shadow stay in place. I used my NYX base in color natural.
Then with a soft blending brush apply vanilla eye shadow on the crease so the base can be set. Add the gray shadow to deepen the crease.
With the black creamy pencil line the eye and smudge it with a smudge brush. Apply the gray eye shadow then all over the lid, the black will make the gray color stand out.
Apply the black eye shadow on the end of the crease, to create a smokey effect and also a v shape, blend it well.
You can apply tape on the edges of you eyes so the shadow won't smear all over.
Once you are done blending that black shadow, apply liquid eyeliner. I used my Milani liquid eyeliner.
You can create a wing or just keep it simple.
Take the nude pencil and apply that on your waterline, that will give make your eyes look wide and more open.  I have a nude pencil from NYX.
Take your black creamy pencil and apply it on top of your lower lash line and then take a small smudge brush and smudge it. Then apply the gray shadow and blend it all. That will give you a pretty smokey effect also on the bottom and will finish the entire look.

Apply mascara and if you like falsies, pop those on too! I used my Loreal Million lashes mascara. I really  like it!

I hope you try this gray smokey look and it works well for you! Thanks for reading!

Smokey dramatic eye look!

Hey dolls!

I am in love with smokey eye makeup, it reminds me a lot of beautiful Arabic inspired makeup and I really like that.
The way to re create this eye look in the picture is not hard at all! It's so easy as long as you use the right makeup products.

This is how I do my smokey eye. Keep reading :)

Products you will need: eye shadow base, I have mine from NYX.
Matte brown eye shadow, matte black eye shadow, I love the Balm cosmetics matte eye shadows or you can use any matte shadows you have!
Black liquid or gel eyeliner, Inglot gel liner is the long lasting and pigmented black ever!
Black or brown eye pencil for waterline.
Mascara, I have makeup Forever.
Concealer, Mine is from Mac cosmetics
Inglot eye glitter to top it off (for the glam look).

Directions:
First, you will need to apply the base all over your eye lids so the shadow will stay.
Then start with your crease buy taking Brown eyeshadow and buffing it in your crease, to create a transition shade.
Next you take the black eyeshadow and apply it on the lids under your brown shadow where on your crease.
Blend and apply more black shadow if needed.
Using a black eyeliner, line your lash line, and smoke that line out with a pencil brush.
Create a smokey effect by blending.
Once you finish blending, add some sparkle by using Inglot eye glitter in black, on your lids to create a pretty glitter smokey eye.
Take the black gel liner or liquid eye liner, and line your lash line.
Apply brown or black eye liner in your waterline, and also take a smudge brush or pencil brush and smoke it out under with black eyeshadow, very close to the lower lash line.
Apply your mascara.
Once your done with the eyes, apply concealer on your under eye circles and use a fluffy concealer brush to blend it or a beauty blender.
Take loose powder and gently pac some on top to set the concealer.

You can also top the look with false lashes as well!

Blue shadow makeup look

Hello everyone it's been a while since I haven't posted anything!!! I've been very sick for the past couple months and had to be in bed rest! Alhamdulillah I am feeling better now!

I had found a look I did and wanted to share it with you dolls!
This blue shimmer eyeshadow eye look is one of my favorite because the shadows I got are actually a pallete I received as a gift from Dubai and the colors are super pigmented in that palette.

You need a light blue shimmer eyeshadow , blue shadow and white shimmer eyeshadow
Also, NYX white jumbo pencil, black eyeliner and also liquid liner

Directions: first I applied nyx jumbo pencil in white all over my eyelids as a base. I sprayed my mufe setting spray on the shadow brush to make the colors pop.
I then took my shadow palette, and applied the blue shimmer eyeshadow in the center of my lid, I took the slightly darker blue shade from the palette and applied that on my crease. For inner corners I took the white shimmer shade and applied that. I also used a light brown shade from the palette to give my crease some more definition.

Using my urban decay black eye pencil I lined my waterline. With the black eyeshadow I smudged the pencil and shaded under my waterline. I then applied my liquid eyeliner from NYC and created a wing.

For brows: I filled in my brows with a Loreal Paris brown shadow, and under my brow bone I applied a little bit of the white shimmer shade.

You can finish the look by applying falsies!

Thank you so much for reading!

Hopefully I am going to post more looks! Stay tuned 😍

December 2014 Favorites: makeup, skincare, and accessories

Hey dolls, I know this is a bit late but I wanted to share my December Favorites with you!

I don't have many products but whatever I purchased in December I wanted to share with you guys, so if you guys love it you can buy it too.
I know I posted about the Sally glitter and Glue last time but I purchased another one this December.

I purchased this headpiece from Charming Charlie, it is so gorgeous with gray crystals that sparkle!
You can either purchase it at the store or order it on their website. I love it so much, cannot wait to wear it at an event!

I needed a setting powder that is not loose, because I already own a loose powder (it is running out) so I wanted to purchase a matte powder that will last me longer because loose powders don't last for me. I love the M.A.C mineralize natural setting powders. My shade is Medium Honey.
I purchased the Smashbox Photo Op Palette because it caught my eyes when I was in Ulta. It is so pigmented and you can use it both wet and dry. I use it dry ususally but if you have M.A.C fix plus or any setting spray (I have MakeupForever setting spray) you can mix it on the brush and use it wet for a metallic finish!
The colors are beautiful. One thing I love about this pallete is that the colors range from gold, silver, purple, blue and brown with also some matte colors in it that will be perfect transition shades or even if you want a matte eye look, you can use those shades.
Sally Beauty is my favorite store since their glitters are so inexpensive and worth it! The quality is amazing, they are not a rip off unlike some brands that sell glitter for $10 a pop! Glitter is very cheap to make and not expensive! If you are purchasing glitter that is $10 then thats fine too, maybe it will be ultra fine pigments, but if you want small specs of glitter then go to sally for a perfect deal. they are $1.00 and the adhesive is also $1.00! Can you believe that! I purchase all my glitters from Sally Beauty. Just be careful with them, apply the glitter slowly wipe off any access that will fall under your eyes. Make sure to apply the adhesive on your lids first and use a small brush to apply the glitter. Make sure not to put it inside your eyes (DUHH lol). The glitter sparkles and looks gorgeous in pictures!
Lastly, I purchased a skincare item that works on my skin. I have some acne scars and these anti blemish pads from Noxema work well since my skin was break out recently. I have been using it since the beginning of December and I noticed that my marks are slowly vanishing. It does have strong scent and some acne medication inside so it will give you a tingle sensation on your face but it really works if you are dealing with blemishes and acne marks.
You can purchase it at any drugstore!

Thanks for reading, stay tuned for more :)

Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit Review

Hey my dollies, I wanted to do a quick review on the popular Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit! The pictures I posted you can see how pigmented the colors are! I customized my palette so I have different shades in my kit. I have Banana, Vanilla, and Champaigne for highlight and for Contour shades I have Earth, Havana and Expresso.

I will tell you why I choose those specific colors. I chose those colors because they were in between. The original contour kit has colors that looked a little muddy and taupe for my complexion so I left Havana in there, but I chose Earth, and Expresso.

Expresso has a chocolate coffee color. It is very pigmented. Expresso is perfect contour color for all skin tones. It is dark and if you contour with it, it will seem like you have a harsh contour going on, but make sure to blend and it will look flawless, especially during weddings and evening events, or when you are going out at night. It will look gorgeous.

Havana, that is in the original contour kit is perfect for skin tones from fair to medium. It is a tan brown that has no other color mixed with it.

Earth which has the red brown color, is my favorite since it will look beautiful on every skin tone from fair to dark. I have a medium skin tone with yellow undertone and if you add Earth on that type of skin tone, your contour will look so gorgeous since the brown red color will pop.

The colors for highlight are also pigmented, and I think the shade Banana is so pretty and it will make your skin look flawless. It is perfect for all skin tones!
Vanilla is a shade that is very light, and it has a pale powder color to it, it will look pretty on fair-medium skin tones and if you have blemishes to cover it is the perfect color!

The shimmering highlight shade I chose is Champaigne, I don't remember if that was in the original kit already or if I chose it to customize (lol) but it is a light gold shade that will look super gorgeous on all skin tones! I personally do not like pink highlight shades, I love gold, I am all about that golden glow! ;)

The pictures I posted on right, I used the Contour kit. I first used MAC mineralized skinfinish foundation, then I contoured my face using Earth and Havana mixed together.

I added banana under the eyes and around the corners of my nose and forehead too.
I added Champaign as a highlight above the on brow bone and cheekbone.

For my eyes: Maybelline Cream shadow in brown, and inglot gel liner no.77 using real techniques liner tip silicone brush since I have allergies to the brush hairs going into my eyes. :/

No lip stick since I wasn't finished and my hubby took a picture before I put lipstick on lol.

I hope you guys like my review and stay tuned for more, I will post more looks soon! :)

To order the contour kit customized palette, you can go on the website or if you want the original kit just go to Ulta or Sephora!

2014 Victorias Secret Fashion Show Inspired Makeup!

Hey guys, Happy New Year!!! 2014 was a roller coaster for me and SO much has happened and I cannot thank Allah enough, I cannot wait to see what 2015 has in store!!! (iA) Hope you all had a great New Year, and are looking forward to live life with love, happiness and less worries this year!! Anyways I wanted to post up a makeup look that I really love, and its from the Victoria Secret Fashion Show. All the models were looking gorgeous with natural glowing makeup and their wavy hair down, so I wanted to re create that look. I hope you enjoy!

What you will need!
1. Studio Sculpt Foundation (MAC)
2. Loose powder (MAC)
3. Bronzer (Lorac)
4. Concealer (Revlon Photo Ready)
5. ABH Contour Kit
6. Rose Gold pigment (MAKEUP GEEK)
7. Matte Bronzer (Rimmel Matte)
8. Gold, Rose Gold, Brown eye shadows
9. Black gel Eye liner (Inglot 77)
10. Mascara (MUFE)
11. Peachy nude lipstick (I have mine from MUFE)
12. Clear Lip Gloss

So first I moisturized my face using Cetaphil lotion, since this look is going to be natural and very glowing, I wanted to be looking fresh and moisturized.
I applied my studio sculpt foundation in NC 42, it is a shade dark but after I add the powder it will blend it, plus the V.S Models look bronzed up so I used 1 shade darker than my skin tone so I can look glowing and bronze.
I then applied the Revlon Photo Ready concealer under my eyes and where ever I had blemishes.
I took my loose powder and applied that all over my face.
Then I contoured my face and nose with the ABH kit. (My jawline and below my chin, then I blended that all)
I took Banana in the ABH kit and added that shade under my eyes, and also bridge of my nose.
After that, I took a Rose gold pigment and applied that on the highlight area on my cheeks, and then took Lorac bronzer (it has shimmer) and applied that on top so I mixed both of those colors together to get a sparkle glow effect.
After that I started on my eyes, I primed them with urban decay primer potion, then took a gold shade and applied that all over my lids, I then added brown on the crease, not a cut crease just a regular smudgy crease, I then took rose gold and added that in the inner corners of my eye and also on the lid, so I mixed gold and rose gold together.
I then applied black gel liner on lash line and smudged it with a smudge brush, then took brown eye shadow and applied that on the black liner, so I smudged that all on the lash line, so it will create this smokey, brown effect.
Then, I applied my mascara 2 coats on top and bottom lashes.
I went over my face again with Rimmel Matte Bronzer so my face have that healthy bronze and to finish off the whole look.
Finally, I took my nude lip stick and applied that on my lips and added clear lip gloss!

I really enjoyed re creating this look, and I really love this makeup its so dewy and I love the glowing makeup looks. Its my new obsession!

Thank you for reading and tune in for more later,
Love
