Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer Review

Hey loves it has been a while!! I will be reviewing the high rated Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer.

I was in need of a new concealer and I did some research before I purchased it. I purchased the Nars concealer because I wanted a light weight concealer that will hide my under-eye bags. I did not want a heavy cake face concealer. I have the LA girl Pro concealers and those are so amazing! But they are heavy on your skin, and they do cover each and every spot on your face. This Nars concealer is light weight, pigmented but it feels like you will not have any makeup on your face. I needed something for everyday use for work. This concealer is perfect if you do not want that cake face look but only want a light sheer look with medium coverage.
If you are all about heavy coverage and full glam this concealer is  not for you. You can add it to top if off as a brightener on your heavy concealer but it will  not be heavy. Sometimes when I need heavy full coverage makeup for a night time event, I use my LA girl concealer and top it off with Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer. The two of those combined is my holy grail.
This concealer in my opinion should not be applied with a beauty blender but should be applied with a soft concealer brush. It will blend seamlessly into your skin and will hide the fine lines as well.
Nars concealer does not oxidize which is a major plus point.

The pigmentation of the formula is 8/10 because like I mentioned it is not too heavy and does not have a thick consistency so it is sheer but it does have a light to medium coverage where you can build it up and make it heavy. IT still will not be heavy like LA girl concealers or Estee Lauder concealers.

formula 9/10 because the formula is amazing for dry skin and oily skin. Your skin will look healthy with a soft focus glow!

longevity 10/10 because it lasts 8 plus hours on your face as long as you set it with some powder.

I hope this review helped you and if you are in search of a great concealer, but that has light to medium coverage and good for your skin that will give you a healthy glow, Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer it is!

Bad Habit Beauty Athena eye-shadow review

Hey loves! If you want to buy a new eye-shadow palette and want a bang for your buck,  purchase the Athena palette by Bad Habit Beauty!
This eye-shadow palette is a dupe of Huda Beaty Desert Dusk Palette. If you do not want to spend around $70 for Huda Beauty Desert Dusk, then this palette is for you. I have many high end palettes, and the Athena palette performs just like high end eye-shadows. The pigmentation is amazing, the color payoff is so beautiful especially with the metallic shades. The colors are so in right now!
It comes with a mirror as well.

The only negative thing about this palette is that the formula of the matte shadows is a little flaky. But if you dip your blending brush couple times and pick up lots of product your eye makeup will look gorgeous. That is not a big issue since the shadows are pigmented. My favorite shade in this palette is Epic, which is a pink purple metallic shade with silver specs of glitter. My favorite matte shade is Heroic. It is very pigmented and has a red hue with light brown undertone. The palette has a pressed glitter shade named Daring, it is very pretty but has some fall out (any glitter has that). As long as you apply glitter glue, it will stick on your eyelids and look gorgeous!
Cost: : $12
Pigmentation: 10/10
Formula: 8/10
Longevity: up to 7 hours of wear with primer 10/10
Application: 9/10

Benefits of eating salad EVERY DAY!

How delicious does this salad look? I literally can eat salad every day and honeslty, I can eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
The right salad can give you the best nutrients and help you become healthier!
This salad is one of my favorite salads, it is called Tabbouleh salad. Originates from the middle east, mostly Palestine/Jordan area. It is so delicious and is very good for you.
Green vegitables are really good for you they contain vitamin A, C and K. The Wheat will fill you up and contains light carbs, and olive oil give your body natural minerals where you will feel energized.

The ingredients you need to make it:
  • 1/2 cup bulgar wheat
  • 4 firm Roma tomatoes, very finely chopped
  • 1 English cucumber (hothouse cucumber), very finely chopped
  • 2 bunches parsley, part of the stems removed, washed and well-dried, very finely chopped
  • 12-15 fresh mint leaves, stems removed, washed, well-dried, very finely chopped
  • 4 green onions, white and green parts, very finely chopped
  • Salt
  • 3-4 tbsp lime juice (lemon juice, if you prefer)
  • 3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Romaine lettuce leaves to serve, optional
  • Directions: Wash wheat and soak it in water for 5-7 minutes. Drain very well (squeeze the bulgur wheat by hand to get rid of any excess water). Set aside.Very finely chop the vegetables, herbs and green onions as indicated above. Be sure to place the tomatoes in a colander to drain excess juice.Place the chopped vegetables, herbs and green onions in a mixing bowl or dish. Add the bulgur and season with salt. Mix gently. Now add the the lime juice and olive oil and mix again. For best results, cover the tabouli and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter. If you like, serve the salad with a side of pita and romaine lettuce leaves, which act as wraps or “boats” for the tabbouleh.
And that is it! You add light salt if you want more!

It is so good for you and so delicious, hopefully you try it.

Honest Review of the Jaclyn Hill Morphe Eye shadow Palette!

Hey loves, Happy New Year! Hope you all had an amazing 2017!

I recently purchased the highly anticipated Jaclyn Hill x Morphe eye shadow palette and I am going to write an honest review about it. There are many reviews online about this palette and each one is different. Most of them are good, some of them are bad. This will be my review based on how the shadows performed on my eyes, how they looked and how long the shadow lasted as well as the pigmentation also, how well it blended. It took me 2 months to actually test this palette because there are so many different colors, and I wanted to test each one of them out and try working with all different eye looks. I created a natural and dramatic eyeshadow look with this palette.

The first aspect that caught my eye was the variety of colors this palette has to offer. I am in love with the creams and reds in this palette. I also liked how it has different finishes. There were many mattes and foil finished shades included.

The foiled shades which were: Faint, Sissy, Little Lady, Firwork, Queen, Obsessed, Sbn, Hillster, Cranapple, Royalty, Twerk, Hustle, Meeks, 24/7, Pool Party and Diva were all very pigmented when swatched with my finger. The formula is buttery and they lasted about 6 hours without primer on my eyelids. The colors are very vibrant and very beautiful when swatched and also applied with your finger. The only downside was, when applied with a firm brush, these colors did not show on my lid nor did any pigment. The only way to apply these colors is with your finger OR a wet brush. When I used it with a wet brush (wet with setting spray) the colors were still not as pigmented on my lid as to how they were applied with my finger.

My favorite two foil shades are Queen and SBN. My second favorite are Hillster and Cranapple.

Honestly, the shimmers were only the top two on the left which were Enlight and Beam. The issue I had with the top row of the palette was that the colors were all similar. Enlight and Beam were very similar the only difference if they had any, was one of white and the other was off white. Silk Cream and MFEO were the same in my opinion. When applied on the lid you cannot tell which one you applied. The foils: faint, sissy, and little lady on the top row were all pink foils. They were different since they were different shades of pink.

The foils were the same. There were no shimmer shades in this  palette because all of the "shimmer" shades had to be applied by my finger. With shimmer shades, there is a light glitter powder finish on a matte but these were straight up pressed foil pigments.

Now on to the matte shades. The matte shades were very pretty. The only downside to the matte shades in this palette is that they apply patchy, but if you are a pro at blending you will be fine. The matte colors are perfect for transition shades, to create a brown smokey eye, red smokey eye, and even a dramatic black/brown smokey eye. I liked how on the left bottom side the palette included a purple and a cobalt blue shade. As well as, two turquoise shades for people who love to create looks with those. It also has forest green foil shade with a black/green shade if you want to create a forest green smokey eye.
My three favorite matte shades I always use are: Pukey, Jacz, and Chip.
Pukey is a perfect golden brown shade for your transition, Jacz is when I want a red smokey look, and Chip is when I create a brown smokey look.

Pros and Cons: The Pros of this palette is its versatility since you can create so many looks with this. It has a variety of colors which you can choose from and it has very pigmented foil shades! If  you love foil/pressed pigment eyeshadows, then you will love this palette. Plus it is very pigmented when applied with your finger and a wet brush (sprayed with setting spray).

The Cons of this palette is that the first row, there are four shades that are very similar. When applied you will not see any difference. The only downfall was that I feel like they could have created different shades up on that row.
Silk Cream and MFEO were a disappointment. The matte shades had to be blended very thoroughly and with a light hand and then you can apply more slowly. Unlike the Anastasia Beverly Hills or Mac eye shadows, where I can just dab with pressure and blend in 1 second...these were not like that. You have to start slow with these. But as long as you blend, blend, and blend...you will fall for it. ;)

All in all I give it a 9/10 A!

Pigmentation: 9/10
Durability: 9/10
Blending: 8/10
Formula: 9/10
