ORLY Breathable Treatment and Color Polish Review!

Hey dolls I saw this nail polish in Kohl's like weeks ago and I was reading about it online, then yesterday I decided to purchase them! I am wearing it currently and honestly it feels like I have gotten my nails done professionally. The polish is very pigmented and very good quality. It is breathable so it is halal. On Orly's website they say:

ORLY Breathable Treatment + Color is formulated without: Toluene, Formaldehyde,
Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Ethyl Tosylamide, Xylene,
Triphenyl Phosphate (TPP), MEHQ/HQ, MIT, Parabens, Animal Derived Ingredients or Gluten.

ORLY Breathable Treatment + Color is Halal Certified.

The nail polish did not chip at all I have been wearing it for about 18 hours already. I do not see any scratches on my polish.

I really like the colors I purchased, I purchased "The antidote" which is a dark maroon color, perfect for fall season and the winter! I like it a lot.

And I also purchased "Fairy Godmother" which is a shimmery bronze color, and it has very small specs of crushed glitter, perfect for special events and weddings in my opinion but I love to wear it everyday since I'm kind of extra ;)

I do believe that breathable polish is halal since many Muslim Scholars said that it is and we should trust their judgement. On the nail polish it says apply 2 coats so it will still be breathable, if you apply more than 2, I do not know if the polish will still be breathable. So be careful about that.

You can purchase these nail polishes on their website directly on www.Orly.com or go to Kohls department store or Walmart. I purchased mine from Kohls.

So now I can pray with nail polish on! YAY!

I hope you liked my review, stay tuned for more :)

Naz

Anastasia Beverly Hills x Nicole Guerriero Highlight Palette Review

Image result for nicole guerriero highlight palette swatch on medium skin

Hey dolls, this is my honest review about this highlight kit, hope you enjoy reading it!

The colors are very bright and pigmented, they have a little glitter chunks inside so if you have oily skin that glitter will stick on. But if you have dry or normal skin, the glitter won't really stick on your face. Instead, it will look really glowy and bright.

The kit has colors for every skin tone. The top colors are more pink and golden, which will look so beautiful on every one! The bottom colors are copper but "forever Lit" is so special! It's a white pearly silver! One of my favorites actually.

In my opinion this highlight kit is one of the best realized by ABH! It's not a light subtle dewy kit, it's a kit for those who want their highlight to show from space ;) no really though, this is very pigmented and glittery/glow kit. I personally love glitter so I don't mind the formulation.

This review is a bit late but this kit is sold out. It was limited edition by anastasia Beverly Hills.

Abh has other Glow kits on their website so you can check those out too. But this one was very different than the others. I love this one personally.

Thanks for reading!

Stay tuned for more!

Simple Makeup Look for WORK!

Hey dolls this is my go to makeup look whenever I am in a hurry to go to work, this picture is from months ago so thats why I look a bit swollen because I had some baby fat on me :P

This look is very easy to achieve! These are the products you will need!

For Face:
1. Your liquid foundation, I used Loreal Infallible Pro Matte
2. Concealer, I used L.A Girl concealer in Creamy Beige
3. Setting powder, I used Ben Nye banana powder
4. Highlight powder, I used BH Cosmetics Highlight Palette
5. Contour bronzer powder, I used Too Faced Chocolate Soliel in Medium
6. Beauty Blender
7. Makeup Brushes: Powder brush, Angled face brush, Highlight fan brush

I first applied some moisturizer on my face before applying foundation because my face became so dry after pregnancy plus everything changed. My face changed too, but that is normal after having a baby because your weight fluctuates anyways. Anyways that's why there is contour right?!

After applying moisturizer I took my damp beauty blender and applied my foundation all over my face. Then I applied concealer under my eyes and also highlighted my face with it. I blended it all after. Then I baked with Ben Nye powder, left the powder on for about 3 mins, and while I did that I applied contour powder in the hollows of my cheeks, and jaw line.

Then I swept off the powder. I continued with the makeup by applying highlight on my cheekbones and I also sprayed a little bit of MAC fix plus so it can set well.

I left the eyes bare because I usually do not go full glam to work. But I took some brown eyeshadow and blended it underneath my waterline so it can give me a woken up effect and have a bit of smokey look.

I then took color pop liquid lipstick and blended some on my lips for a simple look, I forgot the shade but it was a coral color. Its very pigmented so I just took it on my fingertip and blended it softly to get that simple look.

And that is it! I hope this helps you to achieve your simple makeup look!
If you like to add lashes, and a bit of eyeliner then that will also look gorgeous.

Thank you for reading,
XOXO

Highlight/Strobing Makeup Look!

Hey everyone, it has been a very long time since I posted on my blog, and I will change that from today. I am posting more content more frequently from now on. I have been busy with life and school and my baby. But starting today, I will be posting with my professional camera and more new looks for you all.

This is a look I did on my cousin. The key products I used on her were:
1. Loreal Pro Matte Foundation and Mac Studio Sculpt Foundation mixed
2. LA Girl Pro Concealer stick
3. Pur Cosmetics eyeshadow palette and NYX Eye Base
4. Loreal Eyeliner in Black
5. NYC liquid eyeliner
6. BH Cosmetics Highlighter Palette
7. Bh Cometics powder and blush palette
8. Shiseido eyelash curler
9. Pur Cosmetics waterproof mascara
10. Makeup Forever Lipstick (forgot the number but it was nude pink)
11. All Morphe and EcoTools brushes
12. Rose water setting spray from Mario Badescu
13. NYX Dark Brown Brow pencil to fill her brows

These products I used on her made her skin glow and gave her a very natural yet full glam makeup look. I did not need to cake on the foundation after only 2 pumps because she did not have much pigmentation or acne.
She had a clear face. I used a lot of concealer because I love to add a lot of concealer. It gives a bright under eye and highlighted effect. Then I packed on the BH cosmetics beige powder all over her face. I then contoured her face with the same BH palette. I highlighted the high points of her cheeks and a bit on the bridge of her nose.
The highlight was so gorgeous you can tell in the picture. It gave a sheen sparkle. It is a dupe for Becca Moonstone. You can purchase the Bh Cosmetics highlight palette on www.bhcosmetics.com.
I then worked on her eyes. I primed her eyes first with NYX eye base. It has a creamy consistency and long staying power. I then took my Pur cosmetics shadow palette and used the light beige color all over her lids to set the base.
Next I used the dark coffee color on her crease and blended that out.
Then I started to pack on the lilac color which has a beautiful silver shimmer to it on her eye lids. I created a soft cut crease by adding more brown on the crease. I then took the purple/violet color and added that on the ends of her crease to close the crease and also took that color and mixed it with the coffee color and applied it on her lash line.
I then lined her lash line with NYX black eyeliner. Winged it out.
Next I curled her lashes, and then applied mascara. I curled them for 15 seconds and that gave the falsies effect.
I filled her brows with NYX brow pencil which is amazing. In the color dark brown. I do not use black for brows because that is too harsh in my opinion.
In addition, I lined her lips with a nude lip pencil (sorry I forgot which one, but you can use any nude pink or nude color) and applied Makeup Forever nude pink lipstick.
I finished the look with adding some more contour on her cheekbones and blush on her cheeks (BH Palette) and then sprayed her face with Rose Water by Mario Badescu.

But... After I sprayed the setting spray, I applied more highlight on her cheekbones, because WHY NOT.

That was it, and she was very satisfied with it. This look is perfect for a day or night out. You can tone it down by not adding so many eye shadows and winged eyeliner, or you can tone it up by adding more darker lipstick and darker contour.
Personally this is my go to look which I think will look gorgeous on everyone, especially the purple eye shadow look and nude pink lips. They compliment all skin tones.
