BENEFITS OF COCONUT OIL!!! **MUST READ**

I never imagined how much something is a must have in life until I used extra virgin coconut oil!
Coconut oil is so good for the skin and hair!
These are some KEY POINTS that I will educate you on about how nutritious and essential coconut oil is:

1. Shield Hair Protein

Lauric acid is found in coconut oil and has better results than other mineral or sunflower oils when it comes to improving hair health.

2. Seal in Moisture

Moisture is essential for healthy hair so coconut oil protects against environmental impurities and excess heat.

3. Improve Blood Circulation

A coconut oil scalp massage will effectively improve scalp circulation and boost nutrient and oxygen delivery to your hair.

4. Provide Nutrients

Coconut oil is rich in vitamin E, vitamin K and iron and effectively eliminates dandruff while boosting hair growth.

5. Contain Antibacterial and Antifungal Properties

The scalp and hair are high in bacterial content, but coconut oil is an effective remedy to deal with the issue. Coconut oil contains both antifungal and antibacterial properties to protect against dandruff and lice.

I use coconut oil once a week. I massage my scalp and apply it on the ends of my hair so my hair can be healthy and my scalp can be nourished.
I apply it on my elbows and knees so my skin can be soft.
I apply it every other day on my eye lids and under eyes (not inside the eyes) and massage my eyes gently for eyelash growth and dimming of my under eye circles.
Coconut oil is such a blessing, seriously if you do not use it, you should go buy some extra virgin coconut oil and use it on your hair and body!

I hope this information helped you!
Thanks for reading :)

Smokey Emerald Eyes

What you will need:
Eye shadow primer (all over eyes)
Matte soft brown or soft mocha eye shadow (transition color)
 Matte green eyeshadow (lid color)
Matte brown eyeshadow (crease color)
Green eye pencil (line under eyelid and upper eyelid)
Vanilla eyeshadow (highlight on browbone and inner tear duct)
Mascara
Pencil brush
Crease brush
  1. First you put the primer all over your eye lids (I used Cargo cosmetics primer)
  2. you then take your crease brush (I used L.A girl crease brush) and apply the matte brown color all over your crease. Blend well.
  3. What I do now is, I color my eye lid (where I will apply the green shadow) with the green pencil,
  4. then after I color my eye lid with the green pencil I apply the green eyeshadow. I do that because the green cream from the pencil combined with the shadow will brighten the pigment more. I blend well.
  5. I retouch the crease color and just blend more until I see no harsh lines.
  6. Once that is finished, I highlight my browbone with vanilla eyeshadow also the inner tear duct
  7. Then I fill in my eye brows (I use rimmel dark brown brow pencil)
  8. apply green pencil on your lower eye lid and also smoke it out with the green shadow using a pencil brush ( I used an Avon brush)
  9. Apply mascara (I use tarte Gifted amazonian clay)
I hope you enjoy this look and if it suits you, then try it out because an emerald eye can never go wrong! Its a beautiful look for spring and summer :)
